Hi my name is Michelle A. Velez

My friends know me as Chef shelly. I have started this venture a bit late in life but better late than never is what people say.

This blog i guess is to help me write about things that i think of when im doing menu's, catering for guest, or just to express the new and awesome sauces i like to come up with and what we can put them on.

if i get savvy enough maybe i will some video and show you some of my tricks of the trade.
